At State of Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or customer preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@stateofpets.com and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
Once we review and verify the issue, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items purchased by mistake
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Used products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
